Order and conclusion of contract

An order can be placed via the contact form, e-mail or phone. The contract is considered concluded upon our confirmation of the order (by e-mail or other demonstrable means).

Before final confirmation of the order we will inform you of the price based on the weight/scope of the piece, and any time needed for 3D model preparation and post-processing.

Price and payment terms

All prices include VAT if the seller is a VAT payer.

Delivery terms

Withdrawal from the contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll.

This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or custom-made goods — which typically applies to custom 3D prints made according to an individual request or a model supplied by the customer.

Complaints and warranty

Goods are covered by the statutory warranty period under applicable Slovak law, unless stated otherwise.

Privacy

Final provisions

These terms and conditions take effect on the date of publication on the website. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms.
