What data we process
Contact form — name, e-mail, phone (optional) and message content that you voluntarily provide when submitting an inquiry.
Cookie data — with your consent, anonymised traffic statistics (Google Analytics 4) and data for marketing purposes (Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads). See the Cookie policy for details.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed to handle your inquiry and any pre-contractual communication — legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Statistics and marketing cookies are processed only based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention period
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any follow-up business communication, but no longer than 24 months from the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records).
Recipients of data
Data may be shared with technical service providers we use to operate the site and process inquiries (e.g. hosting provider, e-mail service), only to the extent necessary to provide that service.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
